These Terms govern use of www.ridgelinewash.com and Ridgeline Wash Services' service and operations text messages. The website sections follow the house pattern used on fluid-dynamics.biz (site use, no invented store). The SMS sections are adapted from Tether's SMS Terms (July 2026) and Twilio's published A2P 10DLC public-URL rules. By using the site or messaging the program, you agree to these Terms.

1. The business

Ridgeline Wash Services is a mobile car-wash equipment service company — maintenance, repair, and installation for commercial operators. It is a Spotless Wash Solutions company. Registered office: 1316 Adams St, Kansas City, KS 66103. This site does not publish prices and does not offer public shop checkout.

2. The website

The site is provided as-is for information about Ridgeline's services. You may not misuse it, attempt to break it, or scrape it in a way that harms the service. Content on the site is Ridgeline's or its licensors' and may not be copied as a standalone product.

We may change or take down pages without notice. We do not warrant that descriptions are complete or error-free.

3. No online store in these Terms

These Terms do not create an online sales contract. Service work, if any, is scoped separately. Nothing on this site is an offer at a stated price.

4. SMS program — Tether Customer Messaging for Ridgeline

Ridgeline uses Tether as the application layer and Twilio as the SMS processor to send and receive customer and operations texts — for example dispatch, appointment, and job-status messages, and two-way replies. This is not a marketing blast or affiliate lead program. Promotional messaging, if it ever exists, needs its own opt-in.

Consent is obtained when you text a Ridgeline number first, or when you provide a mobile number for Ridgeline service or operations messages. Consent covers conversational and transactional service messages with Ridgeline, not marketing from affiliates.

5. Message frequency, rates, and carriers

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to opt out. You will not receive further program texts except as needed to confirm the opt-out. Reply HELP for help. There is no published Ridgeline email or phone number yet; use /contact until one exists.

7. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, Ridgeline is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Changes and governing law

We may revise these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The registered office is in Kansas. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory law of the place where you use the service applies.
