This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit www.ridgelinewash.com and when we send or receive service and operations text messages. This page is written so a public Privacy Policy URL exists for Tether and Twilio A2P 10DLC campaign review. It is adapted from Tether's published A2P privacy language and Pocket Social's Twilio-processor wording, restated for what Ridgeline actually does. It is not a law-firm document and not legal advice.

Who this covers

Ridgeline maintains, repairs, and installs commercial car-wash equipment for operators. The work is mobile — it happens at the wash. We serve operators, including in the Colorado Springs and Pueblo, Colorado market. This site does not sell a consumer car wash and does not run a public shop checkout.

Information we collect

You provide

If you contact us, we may receive a name, business name, site location, phone number, and the content of the enquiry. There is no public email address or phone number on this site yet; until those exist, the route is the contact page.

Website automatically

The site is hosted on Odoo. Like most websites, the host and browser may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookies needed to run the session. We do not run a marketing pixel program of our own on these pages.

Messaging

When you text a Ridgeline number, reply to a Ridgeline text, or give a mobile number for service or operations messages, we may collect that number, message content, delivery metadata, and opt-in / STOP / HELP records.

How we use information

We use it to answer enquiries, schedule and deliver equipment service, send service and operations texts you consented to, honour STOP and HELP, improve the site, and meet legal duties. We do not operate a public online store on this site, so we do not collect checkout or payment-card data here.

Mobile information — no third-party marketing sharing

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

That wording matches Tether's A2P privacy statement (July 2026) and Twilio / The Campaign Registry review rules for a public privacy URL. We do not sell personal information.

Tether and Twilio

Ridgeline uses Tether as the customer-messaging application layer — the inbox staff use to send and receive texts about jobs, scheduling, and service. Ridgeline uses Twilio as the SMS delivery processor. Twilio processes phone numbers and message content on our instructions to transmit texts, receive replies (including STOP and HELP), and support that messaging. Twilio is a processor for this program, not a party that texts you for its own marketing. See also our Terms of Service (SMS section).

Carriers and Twilio may handle the message as needed to deliver it. They are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-in, STOP, and HELP

You opt in by texting a Ridgeline number first, or by giving a mobile number for Ridgeline service or operations messages. We do not send marketing or promotional blasts through this program. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. There is no privacy email on file; use /contact until one exists.

Cookies

The site may set session cookies required for the pages to work. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may then fail.

What this policy does not claim

Ridgeline has no EU establishment and no appointed GDPR representative. This policy does not claim we "sell" personal information under a California "sale" definition — we do not sell personal information. Service geography on this site includes Colorado Springs and Pueblo, Colorado; the registered office is in Kansas.

Retention and security

We keep information as long as needed for the service, consent records, and legal duties. No transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

This site and the messaging program are for business operators, not children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We will post updates on this page and change the date above.
